This iconic UK release came out 23rd September 1991 and amazingly only made it to number 8 in the UK charts at the time,but has now been certified Platium.

The artwork was developed by artist Paul Cannell, and according to legend was inspired by a damp patch that the artist had seen on the ceiling of the Creation Records offices after ingesting LSD.

One of the more obscure picks but this one, a big clue is that this bands name has a swear word in the title and they are the kings of electronic noise. When Danny Boyle directed the Olympic Ceremony in 2012 this bands music was a major part, This piece of artwork is taken from their debut album

Possibly the most influential and famous artwork pieces of all time. Designed by Peter Saville… but the mysterious logo on the sleeve was taken from a book found by guitarist in Manchester Library, while on a lunch break

This is an obvious band but this artwork throws a curveball as this piece is actually taken from the promotional campaign and inner sleeve rather than the front artwork introducing the "Modified Bear" logo, used later for marketing and merchandise. Here is a big clue, This experimental British Rock Band met in school and had a breakthrough record titled “Creep”.

 This Pony is taken from this metal bands 3rd Studio Album released in June 2000 and their most successful. The Band used the iconic Pony as a statement to say “We are the white pony amongst all these other bands” referring to the Nu Metal scene at the time

This Candle is taken from the fifth studio album by this American alternative rock band released on October 18, 1988. The enduring front cover is a painting by esteemed visual artist Gerhard Richter, titled, Kerze (Candle). Richter went on to sell the 1983 painting for $16.6 million in 2011, a hefty sum for a classic piece.

This was the final album this iconic Liverpool band recorded and it was issued on Friday 26th September 1969 with a genuinely iconic cover photo. Millions of people have made the pilgrimage to the crossing to have their photo taken and to pay their respects to the genius of the Fab Four and dozens of artists have parodied the sleeve, from The Simpsons to the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

The artwork is quite iconic and is known for its minimalist and unique design. Its distinct because it features a color code that indicates the different sections of the song. The artwork is designed to resemble a floppy disk, which was a common storage medium for computer data in the 1980s. The color code represents the different musical sections of "Blue Monday," making it easy for DJs to identify and mix the song in clubs

This is the debut album by the English post-punk band. It was released in September 1979 through EMI Records. The album’s cover artwork was designed by singer Jon King and guitarist Andy Gill, and shows the influence of the Situationist International, through its reinterpretation of an “Indian” shaking hands with a “cowboy” based on a still from one of the Winnetou films starring Lex Barker and Pierre Brice

This Border is taken from the second studio album by this English folk musician released in 1970. The album is highly regarded for its intricate arrangements, introspective lyrics, and unique fingerpicking guitar style. It features a blend of folk, jazz, and classical influences, creating a distinctive sound that sets it apart. Despite its musical brilliance this album didn't achieve commercial success until after the artist had past. His melancholic and introspective style didn't align with the musical trends of the time. After struggling with mental health issues, and his music often reflected his personal struggles.
